		<description>I think it&#039;s great that it&#039;s been the electorate who has kept Darfur in the spotlight. Things aren&#039;t looking up, but imagine how much worse things would be if this constant spotlight *wasn&#039;t* happening. 

The human rights issue I care about? Abortion access rights.
Is it being addressed by the candidates? Nope. Unlike when Bill Clinton ran against the first Bush and was a passionate supporter of such, at a time when a lot of women were very afraid of losing control over their bodies (and, therefore, Republican women voted for Clinton in droves), the Democratic candidates are being very low key on the subject. Hilary Clinton has even talked about some concessions she&#039;s willing to make to anti-choice folks. 

Have I talked about it with people I know? Come on Laurie, you know me....</description>
